When you purchase SurfingGuard, you will be asked for billing information to complete your purchase. Your IP address will also be recorded for security purposes. SurfingGuard does not sell, rent, or give any personally identifiable information to another person or organization without getting prior approval from that customer.

When you purchase the SurfingGuard system, SurfingGuard may list your exchange's name on the SurfingGuard web site as an exchange that is protected by the SurfingGuard system. If you wish to have your exchange's name removed from the web site, please contact SurfingGuard to make this request. As a courtesy, SurfingGuard should comply with any requests to have a customer's exchange removed from the SurfingGuard web site, but neither SurfingGuard or its owner are legally required to do so.

SurfingGuard has the full right to publicly list any people or traffic exchanges that have stolen SurfingGuard software, or are using SurfingGuard without paying for it unless SurfingGuard gave a free copy to that exchange owner.

In certain circumstances, SurfingGuard may be required to provide a customer's information to government authorities. In these circumstances, SurfingGuard will abide by the law. Although SurfingGuard makes all reasonable efforts to keep its server and computers secure, SurfingGuard cannot be held responsible for any privacy issues due to hackers or other related circumstances.
