-----HitsConnect SurfingGuard Terms-----

By purchasing SurfingGuard, you agree to the following terms:

You may only install SurfingGuard on one traffic exchange per purchase. If you would like to install SurfingGuard on multiple traffic exchanges, you must make a separate purchase for each exchange. You may not distribute any part of SurfingGuard to another person or organization.

As with all security systems, SurfingGuard will not catch 100% of security problems. Even though all efforts have been made to maximize the accuracy of SurfingGuard, some viruses and other content could be missed by the checker, and some clean sites may be falsely identified as infected. The owner should always encourage members to keep the security on their computers updated.

Although all reasonable attempts have been made to test SurfingGuard, neither SurfingGuard or its owner can be held legally responsible for any problems that may come from using the system. You may not take legal action against SurfingGuard or its owner for any reason, or have any group or organization take legal action against SurfingGuard or its owner.

Any sites you ban or members you report to SurfingGuard may be shared with other exchange owners, legal authorities, any the general public to help protect the traffic exchange industry.

When you purchase the SurfingGuard system, SurfingGuard may list your exchange's name on the SurfingGuard web site as an exchange that is protected by the SurfingGuard system. If you wish to have your exchange's name removed from the web site, please contact SurfingGuard to make this request. As a courtesy, SurfingGuard should comply with any requests to have a customer's exchange removed from the SurfingGuard web site, but neither SurfingGuard or its owner are legally required to do so.
